<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The accuracy of services in the Emergency Installation must be supported by the implementation of correct triage. It is necessary to have the readiness and role of health workers including IGD nurses in handling emergency conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of nurse workload, patient characteristics, and availability of drugs and medical devices on the delay in emergency nursing actions in the IGD of RSUD dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. This study is quantitative, with a research design using an analytical survey research method with a cross-sectional design. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique with a total of 31 respondents. The results of the chi-square statistical test for the workload factor obtained a p-value = 0.639 with α > 0.05, the patient characteristics level factor p-value = 0.000 with α < 0.05, the availability of drugs and medical devices p-value = 0.046 with α < 0.05. The results showed no effect of workload on delays in emergency nursing care in the emergency department (ED), and the level of patient characteristics and availability of drugs and medical equipment on delays in emergency nursing care in the ED of Dr. M.M. ABSTRAK Ketepatan pelayanan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat harus didukung dengan pelaksanaan triage yang benar. Diperlukan kesiapan dan peran tenaga kesehatan termasuk perawat IGD dalam menangani kondisi kegawatdarurataTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor beban kerja perawat, tingkat karakteristik pasien, dan ketersediaan obat dan alat medis terhadap keterlambatan tindakan keperawatan gawat darurat di IGD RSUD dr. MM. Dunda Limboto. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 31 responden. Hasil uji statistik chi-square faktor beban kerja di dapatkan nilai p-value=0,639 dengan α > 0,05, faktor tingkat karakteristik pasien nilai p-value =0,000 dengan α < 0,05, faktor ketersediaan obat dan alat medis nilai p-value =0,046 dengan α < 0,05. Didapatkan ada pengaruh tidak ada pengaruh faktor beban kerja terhadap keterlambatan tindakan keperawatan gawat darurat di IGD dan ada pengaruh faktor tingkat karakteristik dan ketersediaan obat dan alat medis terhadap keterlambatan tindakan keperawatan gawat darurat di di IGD RSUD DR.
