<![CDATA[Improving the quality of public services is an important priority in government as outlined in Law No. 23 of 2014. The Dispermadesdukcapil of Central Java Province has been managing public service information but has not maximized the use of technology. The limitations of human resources and ineffective delivery of information have made it difficult for the public to access information. This research aims to develop a WhatsApp chatbot using Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation to improve the efficiency of public service information. The chatbot is designed to provide automatic responses to frequently asked questions regarding government services, which have traditionally been handled manually. In its development, the system integrates WhatsApp with the n8n automation platform and the DeepSeek AI technology to provide fast and accurate information. Testing was conducted using the black-box testing method to evaluate the system's functionality and accuracy. The results showed that the chatbot successfully provided correct information based on data from Google Docs. It is expected that the implementation of the WhatsApp chatbot will be expanded to improve information services in other government institutions.Keywords: Chatbot; WhatsApp; Artificial Intelligence; n8n; Information Services AbstrakPeningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan prioritas penting dalam pemerintahan sesuai dengan UU No. 23 Tahun 2014. Dispermadesdukcapil Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah mengelola layanan informasi pemerintahan tetapi belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara maksimal. Keterbatasan SDM dan kurangnya penyampaian informasi yang efektif membuat masyarakat kesulitan mengakses informasi. Maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan chatbot WhatsApp menggunakan otomatisasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan informasi pemerintahan. Chatbot ini dirancang untuk memberikan respon otomatis terhadap pertanyaan umum terkait layanan pemerintah yang selama ini dikerjakan secara manual. Dalam pengembangannya, sistem ini mengintegrasikan WhatsApp dengan platform otomatisasi n8n dan teknologi AI DeepSeek untuk memberikan informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-box testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas dan akurasi sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot berhasil memberikan informasi yang tepat sesuai informasi yang bersumber dari Google Docs. Diharapkan, penerapan chatbot WhatsApp dapat memperluas dan meningkatkan layanan informasi di instansi pemerintah lainnya. ]]>
