Results this research show that (1) stress Work negative impact and significant towards service excellence, the higher the nurse's work stress, the lower it is excellent service nurses, and vice versa lower stress Work nurse so increasingly supported by service excellence nurse. Stress Work proven is Wrong One factor Which affect service excellence; (2) behavior caring nurse influential positive to service excellence Which means that that The higher the nurse's caring behavior, the higher the service excellence, and vice versa, the lower the caring behavior.
