This research aims to implement the application of Talent Management at the Sukabumi Regency District Attorney's Office and evaluate employee performance through talent management. By understanding how talent-based human resources develop within the Sukabumi District Prosecutor's Office, this research is expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of the talent management strategies implemented. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods to collect and analyze data, thereby enabling a deep understanding of the dynamics of talent management in this institutional context. The population in this study were employees of the District Attorney's Office. Sukabumi uses data processing using the nine box matrix method to assess and group employees based on their current performance and their potential in the future. The research results show that 91% of employees are able to fulfill most job expectations but have not demonstrated the ability to take on greate responsibility or are in the medium performance and potential category.
