ABSTRACT The low coverage of breastfeeding is related to breast milk production and from the data it is known that the number of exclusive breastfeeding coverage at TPMB Dian Horiwati is 68.1% in 2023, has increased in 2024 to 70.2%, although there is an increase, it is still far from of the national target, namely 80%. to study the relationship between parity factors and breast milk production at TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Pasir Buyut Village, District. Jawilan Serang Banten in 2024.Analytical survey, with a cross sectional approach, the population in this study were all postpartum mothers on day 2 who were at TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Pasir Buyut Village, District. Jawilan Serang Banten in 2024 on 17 November to 25 December 2024 numbered 38 people, with a total sampling technique, using primary and secondary data, analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi square. From the results of univariate analysis: Of the 38 respondents, 10 respondents (26.3%) had poor breast milk production and 28 respondents (73.7%) had smooth breast milk production. Of the 38 respondents, 15 respondents (39.5%) were primiparous and 23 respondents (60.5%) were multiparous-grandemultiparous. Bivariate analysis using the Chi Square statistical test revealed that there was a significant relationship between parity and breast milk production at TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Pasir Buyut Village, District. Jawilan Serang Banten in 2024, with ρ value = 0.030, C value = 0.350, which means the relationship between parity and breast milk production is in the very strong category and mothers with primiparous parity will be more at risk of experiencing less breast milk production than mothers with multiparous parity with a value of OR = 5.833. it is hoped that midwives should provide extra IEC, KIE should be given during ANC and during pregnancy because primary mothers will be more at risk of experiencing irregular breast milk production. Keywords: Parity, Breast Milk Production ABSTRAK Rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI berkaitan dengan produksi ASI serta dari data diketahui jumlah cakupan ASI Ekeklusif di TPMB Dian Horiwati sebanyak 68,1% pada tahun 2023, mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2024 menjadi 70,2%, meskipun terdapat peningkatan, tetapi masih jauh dari target secara Nasional yaitu 80%, untuk mempelajari Hubungan Faktor paritas dengan produksi ASI di TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Desa Pasir Buyut Kec. Jawilan Serang Banten Tahun 2024. Survei Analitik, dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu nifas hari ke-2 yang berada di TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Desa Pasir Buyut Kec. Jawilan Serang Banten Tahun 2024 pada tanggal 17 November s/d 25 Desember Tahun 2024 berjumlah 38 orang, dengan teknik total sampling, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, analisis menggunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi square. Dari hasil analisis univariat: Dari 38 responden sebanyak 10 responden (26,3%) produksi ASI tidak lancar dan sebanyak 28 responden (73,7%) produksi ASI lancar. dari 38 responden sebanyak 15 responden (39,5%) paritas primipara dan sebanyak 23 responden (60,5%) paritas multipara-grandemultipara. Analisis bivariat dengan uji statsitik uji Chi Square diketahui ada hubungan yang signifikan antara paritas dengan produksi ASI di TPMB Dian Horiwati Kp. Pagadungan Desa Pasir Buyut Kec. Jawilan Serang Banten Tahun 2024, dengan ρ value = 0,030, nilai C=0,350 yang artinya hubungan antara paritas dan produksi ASI dengan kategori sangat kuat serta ibu dengan paritas primipara akan lebih berisiko mengalami produksi ASI kurang dibandingkan ibu dengan paritas multipara dengan nilai OR=5.833.diharapkan bidan bidan harus lebih ekstra memberikan KIE, KIE tersebut sebaiknya diberikan saat meakukan ANC dan semasa kehamilan karena ibu primiara akan lebih berisiko mengalami produksi ASI tidak lancar.
