ABSTRACT Pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, is often accompanied by anxiety that can affect maternal and fetal health and prolong labor. Non-pharmacological interventions such as prenatal yoga and pregnancy exercises are known to be effective in reducing anxiety. However, there are still few studies that compare the effectiveness of both in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women. To compare the effectiveness of prenatal yoga and pregnancy exercises on reducing anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women at the Dewa Medika Pratama Clinic. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest approach. Respondents consisted of third trimester pregnant women who were divided into two groups, namely prenatal yoga group and pregnant gymnastics group. Data collection was carried out using a valid and reliable anxiety questionnaire, and analyzed by statistical tests. The results showed that both prenatal yoga and pregnancy exercises were able to significantly reduce the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women. However, prenatal yoga showed higher effectiveness than pregnancy exercises.Prenatal yoga is more effective than pregnancy exercises in reducing anxiety levels in third trimester pregnant women. This study suggests that health facilities provide education about the benefits of prenatal yoga and pregnancy exercises as part of pregnancy care. Keywords: Prenatal Yoga, Pregnancy Exercises, Anxiety, Pregnant Women  ABSTRAK Kehamilan, khususnya pada trimester III, sering kali disertai dengan kecemasan yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan ibu dan janin serta memperpanjang proses persalinan. Intervensi non-farmakologis seperti prenatal yoga dan senam hamil diketahui efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan. Namun, masih sedikit penelitian yang membandingkan efektivitas keduanya dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Untuk membandingkan efektivitas prenatal yoga dan senam hamil terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Klinik Pratama Dewa Medika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest. Responden terdiri dari ibu hamil trimester III yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok prenatal yoga dan kelompok senam hamil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner kecemasan yang valid dan reliabel, serta dianalisis dengan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik prenatal yoga maupun senam hamil mampu secara signifikan menurunkan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Namun, prenatal yoga menunjukkan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan senam hamil. Prenatal yoga lebih efektif dibandingkan senam hamil dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III.
