<![CDATA[This study developed a web-based catering service information system for CV. Serayu to improve the efficiency of order processing and data management. Previously, CV. Serayu used a manual system that often caused recording errors, delays in transaction report preparation, and difficulties in monitoring order status. The information system that was developed provided features for online ordering, menu and price management, real-time order status monitoring, and automatic transaction report generation. The system was developed through stages of requirements analysis, user interface and database design, implementation using PHP with the Laravel framework, and testing using the black box testing method. The test results showed that the system was able to reduce recording errors, speed up administrative processes, and make it easier for customers to place orders. This system also assisted management in obtaining more accurate and timely reports. The information system was expected to support improved service quality and enhance the professionalism of the company.]]>
