Premarital sex in teenagers can be prevented by avoiding contact with anything related to pornography. The aim of the research was to determine knowledge, attitudes guidance and friendship towards preventing premarital sex at Santo Andreas Lauran Middle School, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku province. The Research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach, which aims to observe the relationship between various variables. The sample in this study was 98 respondents at Santo Andreas Lauran Middle School, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku Province. The results of this study show that the data obtained from the relationship between knowledge and prevention of premarital sex obtained a value of p=0.017 which is a smaller than α = 0.05, the relationship between attitudes and prevention of premarital sex obtained a value of p = 0.009, which is a smaller value. The same as the value of α = 0.05, the relationship between parental guidance and prevention of premarital sex obtained a value of p = 0.014, which is more than small than the value of α = 0.05 an the relationship prevention of premarital sex obtained a value of p = 0.020 where this value is smaller than the value α = 0.05 then data obtained from the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, parental guidance and friendship shows a significant relationship so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The most dominant variable in the data analysis that has a relationship in preventing premarital sex at Santo Andreas Lauran Middle School is knowledge. The conclusion is that the impact of premarital sexual behavior is pregnancy outside of marriage, contracting venereal diseases, and miscarriage (abortion). Therefore, the importance of adolescent knowledge and attitudes as well as parental guidance and friendship in preventing premarital sex.
