PENERIMAAN DIRI DAN KECEMASAN TERHADAP STATUS NARAPIDANA

Abstrak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara penerimaan diri dan kecemasan terhadap status narapidana. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kecmasan terhadap status Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang negatif antara penerimaan diri dengan kecemasan terhadap status narapidana. Populasinya adalah seluruh narapidana di Lapas Brebes dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang untuk try out dan 57 orang untuk penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik Korelasi Product Moment setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh harga rxy = -0,433 dengan p < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara penerimaan diri dengan kecemasan terhadap status sebagai narapidana. Artinya, semakin tinggi penerimaan diri, maka makin rendah kecemasan terhadap status sebagai narapidana, dan sebaliknya. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan Diri, Kecemasan, Narapidana  Abstract. The Problem of this research is there is correlation between self acceptance with anxiety of the prisoner status. The purpose is to understanding the corelation between self acceptance with anxiety of the prisoner status. The hypothesis in this research is there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance with anxiety about the prisoner status. Its population is all prisoners in Lapas Brebes with sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples in this study as many as 50 people to try out and 57 people for research. Hypothesis testing is analysis by Product Moment Correlation technique after previously tested normality and linearity. The result of the calculation shows that the obtained price of rxy = -0.433 with p<0,05 indicates that there is negative relation between self-acceptance with status as prisoner anxiety. That is, the higher of the self-acceptance, can make the status as the prisoner anxiety lower, and vice versa.
