In toddlers in PMB S East Belitung. Methods: A case study approach. The research sample was a toddler aged 35 and 36 months who was experiencing fever as many as 2 people, carried out by observing the fever toddlers given warm water compresses and giving a shoe hibiscus compress. Results: comparison of warm water compresses and giving shoe hibiscus compresses before the intervention of warm water compresses and respondent shoe hibiscus compresses experience fever after warm water compresses for 3 days fever experienced a significant decrease while the results of the giving of the shoe temperature compress for 3 days.
