This study aims to determine how much training and organizational environment affect employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 67 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the organizational environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional V KTI Makassar.Keywords: training, organizational environment, employee performance.
