This study aims to analyze the management of village funds and their impact on infrastructure development and community welfare in Tunggulsari Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to residents and village officials. The variables examined include transparency, participation, fund usage effectiveness, quality of village government human resources, and fund management infrastructure as independent variables, with community trust, government-community communication, and social welfare as mediating variables, and infrastructure, economic welfare, public services, and social inequality as dependent variables. The results indicate that effective village fund management significantly influences infrastructure development and enhances community welfare. These findings highlight the importance of transparency and active community participation in the planning and implementation processes of village fund management.
