<![CDATA[The prevalence of anemia in pregnancy at the Arjasa Community Health Center ranked 6th in Jember Regency in 2023 (241%) (34%). One factor influencing hemoglobin levels is the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between compliance with iron tablets and hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester in the Arjasa Community Health Center work area. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study design was used. The population was 96 pregnant women and a sample of 77 pregnant women using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square Test. Most pregnant women are not compliant in consuming Fe tablets with Hemoglobin levels <11 gr/dl of 63.60% while pregnant women who are compliant in consuming Fe tablets mostly have hemoglobin levels ? 11% 32.40%. The results of the Chi Square test obtained p-value = 0.000 <? (0.05) H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted There is a Relationship Between Compliance in Consuming Fe Tablets and Hemoglobin Levels of Pregnant Women in TM III in the Arjasa Health Center Working Area, it is necessary to provide continuous education to pregnant women so that they are compliant in consuming Fe tablets to prevent anemia in pregnancy. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa Hubungan Kepatuhan Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe dengan Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil TM III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Arjasa. Metode: Rancangan penelitian cross sectional retrospektif . Populasi sebanyak 96 ibu hamil dan sampel 77 ibu hamil dengan teknik Proporsional Stratified random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner, data di analisis menggunakan Uji Chi Square . Sebagian besar Ibu hamil tidak patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dengan kadar Hemogloblin < 11 gr/dl sebesar 63,60% sedangkan ibu hamil yang patuh mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sebagian besar dengan kadar hemoglobin ? 11% 32,40%.. Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh p-value=0.000 < ? (0,05) H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima Terdapat Hubungan Kepatuhan Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe dengan Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Hamil TM III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Arjasa, perlu memberikan edukasi secara terus menerus pada ibu hamil agar patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe untuk mencegah anemia dalam kehamilan.]]>
