<![CDATA[Abstract:Thisresearch has purpose to see a change or increases employment in Aceh’s province through the tourism sector. The data used are secondary data and the model used is multiple linear regression. The independent variables consist of the tourism industry, tourists and attractions along the dependent variable is employment. The results were analyzed with regression equations determinant coefficient (R2) was 0.8267 meaning that the amount of the tourism industry, tourists and attractions affect the amount of labor in the Aceh’s Province and the rest influenced by another variables outside of the research. The results of the test t ratio statisticis t-math > t-table are variable amounts of independent variables in all of the tourism industry, tourists and attractions respectively 2.135, 2.375 and 4.222 with a t-table at 2.1098 and therefore contributes significantly to the amount of employment. The F obtained F-math > F-table, which means that allthree independent variables together significantly influence the amount of employment in Aceh’s Province to obtain F with a count equal is 27.1098 >3.1504 F table is. Keywords: Tourism Development, Employment, Tourism Industry Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perubahan atau peningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh melalui sektor pariwisata. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan model yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen terdiri dari industri pariwisata, wisatawan dan objek wisata serta variabel dependen adalah penyerapan tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian adalah linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis dengan persamaan regresi koefisien determinan (R2) adalah 0,8267 artinya jumlah industri pariwisata, wisatawan mancanegara dan objek wisata mempengaruhi jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji statistik t ratio adalah thitung>ttabel ada di semua variabel bebas yaitu industri pariwisata, wisatawan mancanegara dan objek wisata masing-masing sebesar 2,135, 2,375 dan 4,222 dengan ttabel sebesar 2,1098 sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung>F tabel, artinya ketiga variabel independensecara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh dengan diperoleh F hitung sebesar 27,1098 dengan F tabel sebesar 3,1504.
