This study aims to analyze the contribution of pa'bicara farmer groups in improving the economic welfare of families of wet-rice farmers in bantimurung village. and to identify the obstacles faced by farmer groups in these efforts. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. Used to collect data in narrative form through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Pa'bicara Farmer Group contributed to improving the economic welfare of wet-rice farmers in Bantimurung Village through training, production facilities assistance, and market access. This contribution has an impact on increasing farmers' income and strengthening their economic position. However, there are still obstacles such as delays in assistance, limited capital, and lack of member participation. Even so, farmer groups remain a strategic means of empowering farmers and reducing rural social inequality.
