<![CDATA[Abstract Advocates are one of the law enforcers who uphold advocates. This profession is bound by a code of ethics where the code of ethics is used as a guideline in the profession and upholds justice. This research aims to analyze the enforcement of the code of ethics for the advocate profession at the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI) DPC Bandung City in realizing justice. Using sociological juridical methods, this research combines primary data from interviews with AAI administrators and secondary data from literature studies. The research results show that AAI has a good framework for enforcing a code of ethics, including a clear code of ethics, reporting and inspection mechanisms, and strict sanctions. However, there are still obstacles such as members' lack of understanding of the code of ethics, subjective interpretation of rules, and limited resources. To overcome these obstacles, AAI has carried out various preventive efforts such as holding seminars and coffee talks, as well as controlling new members. This research concludes that enforcement of the code of ethics at AAI DPC Bandung City still needs to be improved, especially in terms of more consistent supervision and enforcement of sanctions. Keywords: code of ethics, advocates, law enforcement, AAI, justice Abstrak Advokat merupakan salah satu dari penegak hukum yang menjunjung tinggi advokat. Profesi ini terikat pada suatu kode etik dimana kode etik tersebut dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam profesi dan menjunjung tinggi keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penegakan kode etik profesi advokat di Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia (AAI) DPC Kota Bandung dalam mewujudkan keadilan. Menggunakan metode yuridis sosiologis, penelitian ini menggabungkan data primer dari wawancara dengan pengurus AAI dan data sekunder dari studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AAI telah memiliki kerangka kerja yang baik untuk menegakkan kode etik, termasuk adanya kode etik yang jelas, mekanisme pelaporan dan pemeriksaan, serta sanksi yang tegas. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman anggota terhadap kode etik, interpretasi aturan yang subjektif, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, AAI telah melakukan berbagai upaya preventif seperti mengadakan seminar dan coffee talk, serta melakukan kontrol terhadap anggota baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penegakan kode etik di AAI DPC Kota Bandung masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam hal pengawasan dan penegakan sanksi yang lebih konsisten.
