Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Restu Anak Jaya Abadi Beton Indonesia. Data yang diteliti berupa data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Skor indikator tertinggi komunikasi berada pada rasa empati dan ikatan sosial. Skor tertinggi indikator kinerja berada di kerjasama tim. Berdasarkan uji validitas, r hitung 0,856 > r tabel 0,3044 sehingga valid dan uji reliabilitas 0,953 > Cronbach Alpha 0,60 menghasilkan uji yang reliabel. Dengan nilai R2 sebesar 85,1% penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Restu Anak Jaya Abadi Beton Indonesia. Sementara sisanya 14,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the influence of communication on employee performance at PT Restu Anak Jaya Abadi Beton Indonesia. The data used were quantitative. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The highest scores for communication indicators were empathy and social bonds. The highest scores for performance indicators were teamwork. Based on the validity test, the calculated r value was 0.856 > r table 0.3044, indicating validity. The reliability test was 0.953 > Cronbach's Alpha 0.60, resulting in a reliable test. With an R2 value of 85.1%, the study indicates that communication has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Restu Anak Jaya Abadi Beton Indonesia. The remaining 14.9% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
