<![CDATA[Adolescent mental health is an issue that needs attention, along with the increase in cases of mental disorders in adolescents in Indonesia with a prevalence of mental disorders among adolescents of around 10-20%. The Indonesian Ministry of Health shows that more than 15.5 million people aged 15 years and over experience mental disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of health promotion using dartboard games on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about mental health at SMAN 3 Pandeglang. This research method used quantitative research with a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test control group design using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann Whitney test. The population in this study was 890 adolescents with a sample of 90 adolescents divided into 2 groups, namely 45 adolescents as the intervention group and 45 adolescents as the control group. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test, there was a significant difference between the average pre-test and post-test scores of adolescents' knowledge about mental health in the intervention group (p-value 0.000 <0.05), while in the control group there was no difference (p-value 0.211 > 0.05). In addition, there was a difference in the average attitude scores between the pre-test and post-test in the intervention and control groups (p-value 0.000 < 0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed the effectiveness of dartboard games in promoting mental health with results (p-value 0.000 < 0.05). In conclusion, dartboard games are effective in improving adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about mental health at SMAN 3 Pandeglang in 2025.]]>
