<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja operasional, struktur modal, terhadap nilai perusahaan di moderasi nilai tukar. Populasi penelitian ini PT. Berkah Beton SadayaTbk periode quarterly 2020 – 2024. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda data time series. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah program Eviews ver 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) kinerja operasional dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan nilai tukar berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan interaksi antara nilai tukar dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Secara bersama – sama (uji F) kinerja operasional, struktur modal, dan nilai tukar secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel-variabel independen pada variabel dependen sebesar 81.8376% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18.1624 % konstribusi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of operational performance and capital structure on firm value, moderated by exchange rates. The study population was PT. Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk for the quarterly period 2020–2024. The statistical method used was multiple regression analysis of time series data. The measurement tool used was Eviews version 10. The results of this study indicate that, based on a partial test (t-test), operational performance and capital structure have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, exchange rates do affect firm value, and the interaction between exchange rates and capital structure affects firm value. Collectively (F-test), operational performance, capital structure, and exchange rates have a significant effect on firm value. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 81.8376%, wh]]>
