<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), price-to-book value (PBV), and debt-to-equity ratio (DER) on the stock price of GoTo company in the capital market. The three variables, namely EPS, PBV, and DER, serve as independent variables, while the stock price is the dependent variable. The research was conducted on the company GoTo, which operates in transportation and logistics services. Previous studies have shown that these three variables have the potential to significantly affect stock prices. The linear regression analysis method is used to determine the influence of EPS, PBV, and DER on the stock price of GoTo. The data collected consists of quarterly financial statements from January 1, 2022, to March 31, 2024. The research results indicate that a significant positive correlation was found between EPS, PBV, and DER with the stock price of GoTo. An increase in EPS, PBV, and DER has the potential to raise the company's stock price.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan GoTo di pasar modal. Ketiga variabel yakni EPS, PBV, dan DER, memiliki peran sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan harga saham berperan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada perusahaan GoTo yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan transportasi dan logistik. Studi sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel ini memiliki potensi untuk mempengaruhi harga saham secara signifikan. Metode analisis regresi linier berguna untuk mengetahui pengaruh EPS, PBV, dan DER atas harga saham perusahaan GoTo. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2022 hingga 31 Maret 2024. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa didapati korelasi positif signifikan antara EPS, PBV, dan DER dengan harga saham perusahaan GoTo. Peningkatan dalam EPS, PBV, dan DER yang lebih seimbang berpotensi meningkatkan harga saham perusahaan.]]>
