Tujuan penelitian mengetahui adanya disiplin, beban kerja, dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor Cileungsi. Metode penelitian explanatory research tipe kausal. Instrumentasi variabel digunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, dan analisis digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan 1) Pengaruh positif signifikan disiplin pada kepuasan kerja karyawan, 2) Beban kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, 3) Fasilitas kerja terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: beban kerja, disiplin, fasilitas kerja, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to find out whether discipline, workload, and work facilities influence employee job satisfaction at BPJS Employment Bogor Cileungsi. Research method, causal type explanatory research. For variable instrumentation, validity tests and reliability tests are used, and analysis is used, descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The research produced findings: 1) Discipline has a positive significant influence on job satisfaction, 2) Workload does not have a significant influence on job satisfaction, 3) Work facilities have a significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction.
