<![CDATA[In the digital era, it is important for students to prepare for their future careers. Career development or preparation can be through seminars, webinars, educational videos from influencers, work readiness training workshops and even from within the students themselves. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the work readiness of students at Sanata Dharma University. The author uses multiple regression as an analysis technique (SPSS 25 software). The method of determining the sample with purposive sampling with data collection methods using online questionnaire distribution using google form. The research sample was 113 students. The conclusion of the study is that self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in students have a positive influence on the work readiness of Sanata Dharma University students. The greater the level of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in students, the greater the level of work readiness of Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta students.]]>
