OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN USAHA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA TOKO ISTANA FLORIST DI UBUD GIANYAR

Abstract

Business management is very important to improve business performance management. Istana Florist is one of the MSME businesses engaged in the florist service sector, namely arranging, selling, and providing various fresh flowers. Istana Florist experienced several obstacles, including unorganized financial recording, underutilization of social media, and unstructured employee work schedules. The solutions provided include guidance on using a simple digital cashbook based on Microsoft Excel, social media management for promotion, and preparing work schedules and task division for employees. The implementation method was carried out through the stages of planning, preparation, assistance, and evaluation. The activity results showed a significant improvement in the regularity of financial recording, marketing reach through social media, and efficiency in human resource management. The positive impact of this activity was felt not only by the business owner but also by the surrounding community through improved service quality and local economic growth opportunities. With the sustainability of the applied program, it is expected that Istana Florist can continue to develop and become an example of effective and adaptive florist business management in line with the times. ABSTRAKManajemen usaha sangat penting dilaksanakan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan kinerja usaha. Istana Florist merupakan salah satu usaha UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa florist, yaitu layanan merangkai, menjual, dan menyediakan berbagai bunga segar. Istana Florist mengalami beberapa kendala meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang belum terorganisir, pemanfaatan media sosial yang kurang maksimal, serta jadwal kerja karyawan yang belum terstruktur. Solusi yang diberikan mencakup pendampingan penggunaan buku kas sederhana berbasis digital dengan menggunakan microsoft excel, pengelolaan media sosial untuk promosi, serta penyusunan jadwal kerja dan pembagian jobdesk karyawan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pendampingan, hingga evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keteraturan pencatatan keuangan, jangkauan pemasaran melalui media sosial, serta efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini tidak hanya dirasakan oleh pemilik usaha, tetapi juga masyarakat sekitar melalui peningkatan kualitas layanan dan peluang pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Dengan keberlanjutan program yang diterapkan, diharapkan Istana Florist dapat terus berkembang serta menjadi contoh pengelolaan usaha florist yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
