Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrisikan pengaruh penerapan TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level) terhadap kemampuan literasi menulis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 01. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode campuran (mix method) gabungan antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan TaRL berpengaruh positif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi menulis peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 01 dengan nilai uji t yang menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Adapun dalam Uji N-gain menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan TaRL memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan literasi menulis peserta didik dengan nilai 0.7073> 0.7, adapun hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti selama kegaiatan pembelajaran peserta didik dapat dengan aktif mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir dengan tertib menggunakan pendekatan TaRL. Kata kunci: Pendekatan TaRL, Literasi menulis This study aims to describe the effect of the application of TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level) on the writing literacy skills of grade IV students of Tlogosari Kulon 01 Elementary School. The method used in this study is a mixed method (mix method) a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the TaRL approach has a positive effect on improving the writing literacy skills of grade IV students of Tlogosari Kulon 01 Elementary School with a t-test value showing a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.001 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The N-gain test shows that the TaRL approach has high effectiveness in improving students' writing literacy with a value of 0.7073> 0.7, while the results of observations made by researchers during learning activities, students can actively participate in activities from beginning to end in an orderly manner using the TaRL approach.
