<![CDATA[ ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of the managerial function of the head of the room in supervision on the quality of nursing services from the point of view of the performance of executive nurses in the application of the nursing process. The research method used is quantitative research method with correlation study. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical tests, with a cross sectional approach. Conclusion, There is a relationship between the competence of the head of the room in carrying out supervision wth P Value 0,003 included in the range of good category scores on the performance of executive nurses in implementing nursing care in the inpatient room. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistic, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Simpulan, Ada hubungan kompetensi kepala ruang dalam melaksanakan Pengawasan dengan P Value 0,003 termasuk dalam rentang skor kategori baik terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap.]]>
