<![CDATA[ ABSTRACTKidney failure is a condition in which kidney function experiences a sudden decline. According to the Banten Province Basic Health Research, the prevalence of chronic kidney failure sufferers is 0.2%. With a prevalence in Serang City of 0.1% (Riskesdas, 2018). One of the health education methods can use the e-booklet method for the prevention of kidney failure in adolescents Objective: To find out the effectiveness of health education with e-booklet methods on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes regarding kidney failure class XI at SMAS Darussalam Ciputat. Methods: using an experimental Quasi design with one grup pre-test and post-test. The sample of this study is 45 respondents. Using the total sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis used in this study is Wilcoxon. Results: based on the Wilcoxon test, there was a difference in the effectiveness of health education in the e-booklet method of pre-test/post-test with a value of knowledge and attitude of (P-value 0.000/0.000 0.05). Conclusion: there is a difference in the effectiveness of health education with e-booklet methods on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes regarding kidney failure class XI at SMAS Darussalam Ciputat. Suggestion: It can add adolescent insight and knowledge about the prevention of kidney failure which can influence adolescent knowledge and attitudes to reduce the incidence of kidney failure in SMAS Darussalam adolescent students. Menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar Provinsi Banten menunjukkan prevalensi penderita gagal ginjal kronik sebesar 0,2%. Dengan prevalensi di Kota Serang sebesar 0,1% (Riskesdas, 2018). Salah satu metode health education bisa menggunakan metode e-booklet metode tersebut untuk pencegahan gagal ginjal pada remaja Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektifitas health education dengan metode e-booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja mengenai gagal ginjal kelas XI Di SMAS Darussalam Ciputat. Metode: menggunakan desain Quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan one grup pre-test and post-test. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden. Menggunakan metode total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon ada perbedaan efektifitas health education metode e-booklet pre-test/post-test nilai pengetahuan dan sikap sebesar (P-value 0,000/0,000 0,05). Kesimpulan: ada perbedaan efektifitas health education dengan metode e-booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja mengenai gagal ginjal kelas XI Di SMAS Darussalam Ciputat. Saran: Bisa menambahkan wawasan dan pengetahuan remaja mengenai pencegahan gagal ginjal yang dapat mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan sikap remaja untuk mengurangi angka kejadian gagal ginjal pada mahasiwa/I remaja SMAS Darussalam. ]]>
