<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Bantul Regency Regional Regulation No. 4/2019 on the Control, Supervision of Alcoholic Beverages, and Prohibition of Oplosan Drinks in Kapanewon Pandak. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that despite a 23% decrease in alcohol poisoning cases, supervision is still limited by human resources, budget, and the absence of a clear technical Standard Operating Procedure. Inter-agency coordination is in place, but not yet optimal. Public participation in monitoring is also low, which is a major obstacle to effective policy implementation. This research contributes to the development of alcohol supervision policy, by suggesting increased supervisory capacity, updated regulations, and more active community involvement.
