Abstract

Background: WHO declared the world was in a state of COVID-19 pandemic on March 11, 2020 due to the rapid spread to various countries with 120,915,219 cases worldwide in early 2021. Various efforts to reduce the transmission rate were carried out such as the implementation of PSBB and so on, but the country's economy must continue to run.Objective: This study aims to describe the problem and factors related to compliance behavior with the COVID-19 prevention protocol in minimarket employees in the West Jakarta City area in 2021. Methods: The study design in this study was cross-sectional with a total of 71 respondents. The analysis was carried out using bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Results: Poor behavior towards the COVID-19 prevention protocol in respondents reached 47.4% (27 respondents). Of the six factors, only company commitment (P-value=0.024) and infrastructure (P-value=0.007) had a significant relationship to compliance behavior. Conclusion: The company's commitment and infrastructure affect the behavior compliance of minimarket employees with the COVID-19 prevention protocol. Suggestions for companies to form policies that support COVID-19 prevention protocols.Keywords: COVID-19, Factors,Employees, MinimarketAbstrakLatar Belakang: WHO menyatakan dunia dalam keadaan pandemic COVID-19 pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020 karena penyebaran yang cepat hingga ke berbagai negara dengan 120.915.219 jumlah kasus di seluruh dunia di awal tahun 2021. Berbagai upaya untuk menurunkan angka penularan dilaksanakan seperti pemberlakuan PSBB dan sebagainya, tetapi perekonomian negara tetap harus berjalan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran masalah serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan terhadap protokol pencegahan COVID-19 pada pegawai minimarket di wilayah Kota Jakarta Barat tahun 2021. Metode: Desain studi pada penelitian ini berupa cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 71 responden. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil: Perilaku yang kurang baik terhadap protokol pencegahan COVID-19 pada responden mencapai 47,4% (27 responden). Dari enam faktor hanya komitmen perusahaan (P-value=0,024) dan sarana prasarana (P-value=0,007) yang memiliki hubungan bermakna terhadap perilaku kepatuhan. Simpulan: Komitmen perusahaan dan sarana prasarana mempengaruhi kepatuhan perilaku pegawai minimarket terhadap protokol pencegahan COVID-19. Saran bagi perusahaan agar membentuk kebijakan yang mendukung protokol pencegahan COVID-19.Kata Kunci: COVID-19, Faktor-Faktor, Pegawai, Minimarket
