Abstract

The educational planning at MI Maarif Budiluhur is a well-planned and collaborative process involving various stakeholders to ensure education is conducted effectively and sustainably. This study focuses on the implementation of systematic planning mechanisms at MI Maarif Budiluhur, including quality policies, the management of human and non-human resources, as well as additional programs like Quranic recitation and extracurricular activities. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The research findings indicate that strategic planning at MI Maarif Budiluhur involves a four-year timeframe with annual reviews, ensuring good relevance and integration within the educational program. A commitment to discipline and student character development is a key element that attracts parents' interest and creates a conducive educational environment for the overall development of students. This holistic approach ensures that the madrasah can meet students' needs and create a sustainable positive impact in education.
