This study aims to evaluate the guidance and counseling services at SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga as a support system for students in solving their problems and developing their potential. The evaluation model used is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to obtain a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the guidance and counseling program. This study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained from the guidance and counseling coordinator, guidance and counseling teachers, and students of SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga through interviews and document studies. The results show that, in terms of the Context aspect, the achievement analysis has been implemented well in accordance with the standards of Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014. Similarly, the Input aspect is well-executed, with guidance and counseling teachers meeting the qualification standards outlined in the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 27 of 2008. In the Process aspect, the program has been executed clearly and systematically. Regarding the Product aspect, the guidance and counseling program has been professionally implemented, serving students effectively and helping maintain their academic and non-academic achievements. Therefore, the CIPP evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at SMA Kristen 1 Salatiga can be considered successfully conducted.
