Unpreparedness of teachers in teaching, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, lack of availability of quality reading materials, and low mastery and utilization of digital technology and participation from school residents are some of the causes of the low quality of educational institutions. Based on the background of the problem, the idea and initiative for change that we need to implement was born, namely through the application of kolosal leadership style that can improve the quality of educational institutions, especially at SDN 4 Jambon, Grobogan Regency. All parties are involved in supporting this movement, both teachers and education personnel, students, parents, the community, learning communities and related stakeholders. The existence of synergy and mutual strengthening among educational stakeholders has a positive impact on the implementation of education itself. Through the application of the Kolosal leadership style, it has been proven to be able to improve the quality of institutions at SDN 4 Jambon, Grobogan Regency.
