This study focuses on improving the management of human resources (HR) in Islamic banking. A significant issue faced by Islamic banks is the shortage of qualified personnel, which requires the implementation of effective management strategies to enhance employee performance. The research employs qualitative analysis through a literature review, synthesizing insights from various HR-related articles. The findings reveal that enhancing HR management in Islamic banking necessitates targeted training, development programs, and professional certifications to ensure employee competency. Without proper certification, it becomes difficult for employees to remain competitive in the global market. The study emphasizes the need for customized educational initiatives and ongoing professional development to address industry requirements. The results suggest that investing in HR development not only improves individual employee performance but also strengthens the overall competitiveness of Islamic banking institutions.
