<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low reading literacy, especially at grade 1 elementary school level. This study aimed to develop flash card learning media to improve reading literacy in Indonesian language subjects about various kinds of professions in the surrounding environment This study used the ADDIE model. The model consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. 1) The results of this study are flash card media that have been declared very worthy by experts with an overall average value of 97% in the very worthy category, 2) the results of its use or practicality of 95,3% in the very practical category, 3) its effectiveness obtained an average value of 82% in the effective category. The flash card media developed was valid, practical and effective for improving reading literacy in Indonesian language subjects of various professions.]]>
