This study aims to explain how the instillation of tolerance values can be carried out through local cultural wisdom in Pancasila Education learning for fifth grade students at East Sinduadi Elementary School. In addition, this study also aims to identify strategies that support the process of instilling tolerance values, as well as to find inhibiting factors and solutions used by the school in dealing with these obstacles. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where researchers directly observe the phenomena that occur in the field without any manipulation. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained are then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that through the integration of local cultural wisdom in learning, students become more aware of the meaning of tolerance and apply it in everyday life. However, there are still obstacles that come from internal factors, such as student character, and external factors, such as parenting and the environment. Teachers overcome this by providing ongoing advice and educational punishment in the form of reflective writing.
