<![CDATA[AbstractThis research aims to investigate and analyze the factors influencing the occurrence of fraud in the government sector, particularly in Lawekara Village. The respondents in this study are employees working in Lawekara Village, North Kolaka Regency. Using purposive sampling, 31 case studies were conducted in Lawekara Village. The hypothesis in this research employs multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation adequacy does not significantly impact fraud in the government sector. In contrast, law enforcement significantly affects fraud in the government sector. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya fraud di sektor pemerintahan khususnya pada Desa Lawekara. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Desa Lawekara Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling total sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 31 studi pada Desa Lawekara. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud di sektor pemerintahan. Sedangkan penegakan hukum berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap fraud di sektor pemerintahan.]]>
