HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI, DAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI GUGUS III WEDOMARTANI NGEMPLAK SLEMAN TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui:1) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman;2) hubungan supervisi dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani.Ngemplak, Sleman; 3) hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman; dan 4) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani Ngemplak Sleman yang berjumlah 98guru, langsung menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda tiga prediktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolahdan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Hasil analisis data: rxy = 0.260, p = 0,010; 2) Adahubungan positif yang signifikansupervisi dan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Hasil analisis data: nilai rxy =0.818, p = 0.000; 3) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikanmotivasidan kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Hasil analisis data: rxy = 0.632, p = 0,000; 4) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD di Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. Hasil analisis data: F = 66.286 dengan p = 0,000.   Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi, motivasi, dan kinerja guru This research aims to determine: 1) the relationship of school headmaster leadership andelementary school teachersperformance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman; 2) the relationship of supervision and elementary school teachers performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. 3) the relationship of motivation andelementary school teachers performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. 4) the relationship of school headmaster leadership, supervision, and motivation with elementary school teachers performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. This research population are all of elementary school teachers in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman (98 teachers), are also becoming research samples. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaires and analysisdata is using multiple regression three predictors. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant positive relationship between school headmaster leadership and elementary school teachers’performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. The results of data analysis:rxy = 0.260, p = 0.010; 2) there is a significant positive relationship between supervision andelementary school teachers performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. The results of data analysis: rxy = 0818, p = 0.000; 3) there is a significant positive relationship between motivationandelementary school teachers performance in Gugus III Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman. The results of data analysis: rxy = 0632, p = 0.000;and 4) there is a significant positive correlation between school leadership, supervision, and motivation together with elementary school teachersperformance in Gugus III Wedomartani Ngemplak Sleman.
