<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to produce the effective teaching model increasting students learning achievement and participation. This Study was done using research and development method (Research and Development / R D). The sample of this study was students of junior high school in Lubuk Raja Ogan Komering Ulu. The results of this study were : (1) The products of Two Stay Two Stray cooperative model using the coloring ball developed successfully and could be used at civic education class seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 OKU(Ogan Komering Ulu), SMPN 14 OKU and SMPN 50 OKU (2)Two Stay Two stray teaching model using colouring ball was effective to increase students achievement.it could be seen from the increase of the number of students in passing standard score and the increase of students participation that could be seen when they were in teaching and learning procces students.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pembelajaran efektif yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar dan partisipasi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan(Research and Development/RD). Subyek uji ini coba dilaksanakan di SMP yang ada di Kecamatan Lubuk Raja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.Hasil yang diperoleh: (1) produk model kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray menggunakan bola berwarna yang berhasil dikembangkan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 OKU(Ogan Komering Ulu), SMP Negeri 14 OKU dan SMP Negeri 50 OKU (2) model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray menggunakan bola berwarna efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman belajar dilihat dari dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa atau meningkatkan jumlah siswa yang tuntas KKM dan meningkatnya partisipasi siswa dilihat dari aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran.]]>
