<![CDATA[Abstract The zero accident program is a OSH appreciation given by the government to company management that has succeeded in implementing the OSH program so as to achieve zero accidents. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the role of OSH experts and the OSH behavior of workers in an effort to achieve zero accident. This study used a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all workers at PT. Albany Indonesia as many as 58 with a sample of 37. Sampling used simple random sampling. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire with research analysis Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the role of OSH experts and the OSH behavior of workers in an effort to achieve zero accident at PT. Albany Indonesia, as evidenced by the results of statistical analysis of spearman rank, p value = 0.00001, this indicated that the correlation was statistically significant. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that K3 experts play an important role in shaping workers' OSH behavior, so it is expected that workers will obey the policies and regulations that have been set by OSH experts, and OSH experts are expected to continue to communicate well with workers so that workers can understand well. ABSTRAK Program zero accident merupakan apresiasi K3 yang diberikan pemerintah kepada manajemen perusahaan yang telah berhasil melaksanakan program K3 sehingga mencapai zero accident. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran ahli K3 dengan perilaku K3 pekerja dalam upaya mencapai zero accident. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di PT. Albany Indonesia sebanyak 58 dengan sampel 37. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis penelitian uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara peran tenaga ahli K3 dengan perilaku K3 pekerja dalam upaya mencapai zero accident di PT. Albany Indonesia, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis statistik rank spearman, p value = 0,00001, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa korelasi tersebut signifikan secara statistik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ahli K3 berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku K3 pekerja, sehingga diharapkan pekerja mematuhi kebijakan dan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pakar K3, dan diharapkan pakar K3 untuk terus berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan pekerja agar pekerja dapat memahami dengan baik.]]>
