Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Work To Family Confl ict, Family To Work Confl ict, Emotional Exhaustion terhadap job performance. Sampel adalah perawat (perempuan) dan bidan di Rumah Sakit Umum di RSUD Kardinah Tegal. Hipotesis secara simultan diuji. Beberapa teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang sedang diteliti seperti SEM AMOS dan SPSS. Uji Sobel digunakan untuk mengevaluasi peran mediasi. Berikut adalah hasil hypothese (1) pengaruh positive work to family confl ict terhadap emotional exhaustion (2) pengaruh positive family to work confl ict terhadap emotional exhaustion (3) pengaruh negative emotional exhaustion terhadap job performance (4) pengaruh negative work to family confl ict terhadap job performance dan (5) pengaruh negative family to work confl ict terhadap job performance.
