 Background: Dysmenorrhea is a common and difficult problem that has an impact on women's health and productivity. Dysmenorrhea is a common and difficult problem that has an impact on women's health and productivity. Purpose :The goal in community service is to increase knowledge in the management of pain in dysmenorrhea with counter pressure massage. Method : this service is carried out first counseling about what things will be done when this community service takes place. Includes activities in counseling with educational methods in increasing knowledge about prevention of pain in dysmenorrhea.The results: The implementation of health education achieved 100% and students can practice in the management of pain in dysmenorrhea and there is a willingness from the community to implement counter pressure massage management.
