Abstract

Organizations have realized the importance of strategic intelligence, despite the few applications for Organizations. The research aimed to shed light on the reality of strategic intelligence and sustainable competitive advantages from the point of view of university employees. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and designed the research questionnaire by collecting primary information from the study sample, and it was distributed 40 questionnaires on the sample items, while the questionnaires that were valid for analysis and were 30 questionnaires. The researchers use statistical methods. The researchers concluded the importance of strategic intelligence in making administrative decisions in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Researchers recommend the necessity of holding training courses on understanding strategic intelligence and the necessity of cooperation with organizations. Others in the same field in order to unify efforts and cooperate with exchanging experiences.Highlight : Shows how strategic intelligence supports effective decisions within the institution. Indicates its contribution to strengthening sustainable competitive advantage. Emphasizes the value of training and cooperation to enhance strategic capabilities.
