Abstract

PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Tangerang 1 faces challenges in managing store infrastructure maintenance tickets because the reporting system is still manual. This causes delays in handling, unsystematic documentation, and difficulty in monitoring repair status. This study aims to design a web-based maintenance ticket information system to improve the efficiency of reporting and monitoring damage. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with a system development approach using the Waterfall model. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is designed with ERD diagrams and logical data structures. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method to ensure system functionality and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to assess user acceptance. The test results show that all functions run well, and the system is accepted with a high level of user satisfaction. This system helps improve the effectiveness of the maintenance process and supports the smooth operation of the store as a whole.
