This study aims to analyze the impact of the influence of the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Literacy Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and Dependent Burden on the open unemployment rate. This study was conducted using secondary data including the open unemployment rate, labor force participation rate, literacy rate, average years of schooling, and dependent burden in Indonesia from 2018 to 2023, as published on the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) website. In this study, the samples used were 7 provinces including Central Sulawesi, Central Java, Bangka Belitung, Papua, West Kalimantan, Jakarta, and East Nusa Tenggara in 2017–2023. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis which is run using the help of Eviews 12. The results of the study show that the labor force participation rate (TPAK), literacy rate, and dependency burden have a negative and insignificant effect, while the average length of schooling has a positive and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Indonesia from 2018 to 2023
