PERAWATAN PASIEN DENGAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI RUMAH SAKIT PANTI NUGROHO, SLEMAN: STUDI KASUS

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: TBC paru-paru adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Indonesia dikenal sebagai penyumbang terbesar kedua untuk kasus tuberkulosis di dunia setelah India. Penanganan tuberkulosis paru perlu dievaluasi dalam proses termasuk proses penilaian, proses diagnosis dan proses perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengobatan TB paru di Bagian Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Panti Nugroho. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional, dianalisis secara kualitatif dari data retrospektif dari catatan medis dan tuberkulosis dalam bentuk terdaftar pasien paru-paru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sekelompok pasien TB paru dewasa di Rumah Sakit Rawat Jalan Nugroho pada 2016 - 2017, berjumlah 56 pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel tunggal, yaitu pengobatan pasien TB paru dengan sub-variabel dari dosis OAT yang sesuai dan waktu pengobatan. Hasil: Dosis pengobatan dikategorikan tidak sesuai dan tidak sesuai. Hasil ini menunjukkan 91,7% dari kategori sebagai dosis yang sesuai dan 8,3% sebagai dosis yang tidak pantas. Perawatan awal, 83,3% di waktu yang tepat dengan 16,7% salah. Tetapi fase perawatan sehari-hari 33,3% dari pasien dalam kapur yang berhubungan dengan 66,7% tidak sesuai. Kesimpulan:. Ada penyesuaian antara standar WHO, standar perawatan di Rumah Sakit Panti Nugroho Kata kunci: TBC, evaluasi, durasi, pengobatan THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS OF LUNGS IN PANTI NUGROHO HOSPITAL, SLEMAN: A CASE STUDY ABSTRACT Background: Lung tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Indonesia is known as the second largest contributor to tuberculosis cases in the world after India. Handling of pulmonary tuberculosis needs to be evaluated in the process including the assessment process, the diagnosis process and the treatment process. This study aims to determine pulmonary treatment tuberculosis in the Outpatient Department of Panti Nugroho Hospital. Method: This study was an observational analytic study, analyzed qualitatively from retrospective data from medical records and tuberculosis in the registered form of lung patients. The population of this study was a group of adult pulmonary TB patients at the Hospital for Outpatient Care Nugroho in 2016 - 2017, amounting to 56 patients. This study used a single variable, namely treatment of pulmonary TB patients with sub-variables of the appropriate OAT dose and time of treatment. Results: The treatment dose was categorized as inappropriate and inappropriate. These results showed 91.7% of the category as the appropriate dose and 8.3% as an inappropriate dose. Initial treatment, 83.3% in the right time with 16.7% incorrect. But the day-to-day phase of treatment 33.3% of patients in lime that corresponded to 66.7% were not appropriate. Conclusion:.
