<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Polri. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 63 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 75 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Desember s.d Januari 2024. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work competence, and work motivation on the performance of members of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI). This research used primary data through a survey of 63 members as a sample of the total number of members of 75 people. The survey was conducted over a period of two months, from December to January 2024. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of the research show that the work environment, work competence, and work motivation have a direct effect on the performance of members. ]]>
