Islamic educational administration plays a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of school management, particularly in organizing various educational activities so that they are more focused and aligned with objectives. This study aims to explain how Islamic educational administration contributes to improving the quality of school management through systematic planning, curriculum management, academic supervision, and more organized data documentation. This study used a qualitative approach with library research methods, analyzing relevant books, journals, and scientific literature to explore the concept of Islamic educational administration and its implementation in school management. The results indicate that strong administration helps schools develop effective work programs, facilitates coordination between teachers and principals, and supports ongoing academic supervision. Furthermore, administration based on Islamic values ​​strengthens the character of educational institutions through honest, trustworthy, transparent, and responsible management. With structured and professional administration, school management can be more efficient, on-target, and improve collective learning as a whole.
