The era of globalization and the 4.0 industrial revolution requires the field of education to produce individuals with 21st-century skills. Critical thinking and science literacy are important 21st-century skills to be developed in students through appropriate learning strategies. The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of Discovery Learning on the critical thinking and science literacy skills of elementary school students in IPAS subjects. The research method was a literature review. The research data source was secondary data. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that elementary school students' critical thinking skills and science literacy in IPAS can be improved through Discovery Learning. It is necessary to improve teachers' pedagogical abilities in designing learning activities with relevant learning strategies so that students have 21st-century skills and are able to adapt to the challenges of the modern era.
