This study aims to develop digital teaching materials in the form of a flipbook for the IPAS subject, specifically on the topic "My Proud Region," for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection methods included interviews, questionnaires, pretests and post-tests, and documentation. In the design phase, product development was carried out through the creation of design concepts, visual design preparation, and the construction of questionnaire instruments. The flipbook and instruments were validated by media experts, subject matter experts, language experts, and instrument experts. The results of the validation stage served as the basis for revising the product design. The findings show that the developed teaching materials meet the criteria of being highly feasible, with assessments from media experts at 88%, subject matter experts at 98%, language experts at 92%, and instrument experts at 90%. In addition, responses from students reached 86.44% and teachers 97%, indicating that the teaching materials are highly effective in supporting the learning process.
