Peran dan Strategi Guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) dalam Pencegahan dan Penanganan Bullying di Sekolah Dasar : Pencegahan dan Penanganan Bullying

Abstract

Bullying in elementary school is a serious problem that negatively impacts students' social-emotional development and the smooth learning process. Guidance and Counseling Teachers (BK) play an important role in preventing and handling bullying through an intensive personal and psychological approach. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with BK teachers as research subjects. The results showed that the strategies of BK teachers include early detection of student character, providing equitable guidance, strengthening motivation and constructive reprimands, and involving parents in handling bullying cases. The application of clear rules and togetherness between BK teachers and students is the main factor in creating a safe and conducive school environment. This research contributes to the development of effective bullying prevention models in primary schools. Perundungan di sekolah dasar merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional siswa dan kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) berperan penting dalam pencegahan dan penanganan perundungan melalui pendekatan personal dan psikologis yang intensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap guru BK sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru BK meliputi deteksi dini karakter siswa, memberikan bimbingan yang berkeadilan, penguatan motivasi dan teguran yang membangun, serta melibatkan orang tua dalam penanganan kasus perundungan. Penerapan aturan yang jelas dan kebersamaan antara guru BK dan siswa menjadi faktor utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan kondusif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pencegahan perundungan yang efektif di sekolah dasar.
