The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of work discipline, competence, and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. In this study, the variable of work discipline refers to teacher’s obedience and commitment to the duties and rules applicable in their work environment. Competence is the main requirement of professionalism and is the basic for assesing the quality of teacher performance. The work environment includes internal and external factors that influence the conditions of the workplace environment. This study uses data collection methods to evaluate the influence of these variables on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The results show that discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect, while competence has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance at the school.
